Here in a birdwatching group to see Stellar’s Eider. Lovely accommodation, fantastic traditional food, breakfast, lunch and dinner all so-ooo good!

A very nice family run guesthouse. Spacious rooms, friendly service and good food. An excellent location if you're searching for Stellar's Eider in the winter. All was good, nothing was too much trouble.

We enjoyed our stay and especially talking with the delightful manager about the area and local customs. Our room was quiet and had a back entrance, with the bathroom off the hall. We were a bit confused getting there, as Loona mois was signposted but our booking paper had a different word than mois, plus nobody appeared to be there when we called in. All became clear later - very few staff in September. Dinner has a limited menu but was tasty, breakfast also good. In terms of negatives, the sheets were too small for the bed (double rather than queen) and the shampoo/soap dispenser for both the sink and the shower was inside the bathroom door so it was hard to reach from the shower without traipsing across the room. All in all, though, the manor is a lovely spot and we found our time there very enjoyable.
