Nice atmospheric hotel with really nice location opposite beautiful park.
Could pay attention to the soundproofing to the corridor because every door closing causes banging noise to the room which was quite irritating. Maybe door seals where too thin and need to change? The room was really cosy with comfy bed.More

The girl at the check in gave us a standard room while we booked a superior room. Room was even not ready. We had to wait in corridor. Compensation for the room mistake were vouchers for the bar which was closed during our stay. Bed was good. AC was silent. Breakfasts
o had small amount of items. Coffee was delicious, orange juice was not fresh.

This former Astor hotel has become recently the Radisson hotel Old Town Riga. It is perfectly located for a trip to Old Riga, quite nice old building and with all comfort. Good breakfast and nice bar to have a drink with colleagues of friends. Good rooms as well.

Good hotel no problems, friendly and very helpful staff and everything working correctly including the wifi. Shower water pressure could be slightly higher but this would be a personal choice not necessarly important for everyone else.

Inauguration of new organisation was on the books this late January, late afternoon. We were royally entertained and served good finger food, wines and coffee and a company presentation. The interiors looked good, I stayed in this house back in 1994/95 when It was the Europecar building and it's location next to the Power tower where the small road leads into The Old Town is classic ground. Glad see the house and facility put back in order! I will be back shortly to take in more!
