I was very impressed! 'm glad my friend who is a local suggested it to me as I would've walk past it. From the outside it looks more of a place you'd go to for your afternoon tea and scones- it has that old fashioned, vintage look. But it's got so much more to offer and it looks so much more impressive inside. We chose to sit outside as it was a really hot day, but I would definitely recommend eating inside for a full dining experience surrounded by vintage decor and art.
We came here because we were still hungry after having a mediocre lunch elsewhere. We ordered a bruschetta with ricotta and smoked salmon and a mezze platter with buratta cheese and aubergine dip. Everything was delicious and bursting with flavour. The food was well balanced and beautifully presented.
We shared a pavlova cake with berries for a dessert- one if their bestsellers. It was delicious!
It is a bit pricey, but we thought it was well worth it! I will definitely be back.
