I went here for lunch and asked for a recommendation since it all looked good!
Really enjoyed the potato and cheese pancakes. My main was a beef stew but I will definitely be back for lunch tomorrow to try something else.

It can take a little while to be served. My starter took 45 minutes but the main followed fast

We were on dinner time, there were just few ocupied tables. Mostly people ate from dinner menu, those portions looksbig. The price is about 7-9€
We ordered potato pancakes from starter menu. They were delicious but the size is really for starter. Just a perfect size for our kids. Meatballs with potatos and cabbage were great, not to much if you are hungry.

Arrived here just before midnight on a Friday and what a treat. We were served within 10 seconds despite being a group of 9, the staff were excellent and there was a tremendous range of beers, all served up in a cracking atmosphere. So good was it that we returned the following evening (a little earlier!) and had an equally enjoyable time interacting with the wonderful locals. Highly recommended.

I WASthere on Easter Sunday dinner time.....The place is huge but packed up....before you sit down, you become grey grand mother, you may also have to argue with other people, who pretend not to have seen you wait(it happened to me)but once you do,food is great, possible prices and generous portions....even a normal jacked potato is more than enough to fill you up....kvass is a good alternative to local tasty beer

Everything was working very well in that place.
The barley risotto was awesome and the meat balls as well. The young waiter called Artur knew exactly was advice us, always with a big smile and super professional. The place is just magic and the Latvian music life performance was the cherry on top.
Our best night in Riga was here.
