I was suggested by a colleague to make a booking to this restaurant in Riga. It could not have been a better suggestions, starting with the Knaoas, Latvian tapas interpretation. We choose 6 of them and each one were simply delicious. Then we asked f the Chef's special, local deer filet, again pleasantly surprised, cooked perfectly and well presented.Besides the excellent and non intrusive service as well, overall am sut seen in riga for those who do enjoy fine cuisine.
