Very close to bus stop. Option to have a breakfast (extra fee).

Rooms need refurbishment.
Expected a better breakfast as they didn't offer porridge. Breakfast includes cottage cheese, potato salad, bread, cheese, ham, muesli, milk, yogurt, coffee and tea.

As we stayed for Easters for 1 night, then for this price was ok - 2 rooms for 2 adl + 2 children.
Adults room was a bit cold, but so everything was clean.
If would be warmer weather, then outside could use more spot places outside in garden.

3 km away from Ahhaa center
2 km away from city center and if you are with children then better to use car

Free wi-fi
Free car parking

Extra price for breakfast ~ 4 EUR per adult.
In the morning when I saw breakfast I was disappoint as I read it was good - but when you start to eat, you understood it is ok - bread, sausage, vegetables, salats, serials, yogurth, milk and coffee.

We were staying in this guesthouse for the third time because we liked it there. Great place for travellers with pets. However this time we were given a really tiny, cramped room that needed redecoration. Breakfast was quite sufficient as usual.

Had to find a reasonably priced room for the night in Tartu and decided to try this guest house. Neighborhood was very quiet, the room was nice and clean and breakfast was ok. If you don't want to stay in Tartu old town or must have a view to Emajõgi, then this is one of the best qualities to price ratio accommodation available.
