We stayed at the suite with sauna over NYE. The location is stellar for anyone looking to spend time in the center as everything is just a few minutes away.
As mentioned before by others, the place might look a bit outdated, but personally I wasn't bothered by it. It was mostly clean with a few exceptions like the faucets in the bathroom.
We really enjoyed the sauna - it heated up fast and it also has a timer if you don't want to wait around for it to warm up. The only downside were the towels as they were quite small and there weren't enough to have something around you between taking steams for lounging around and then a dry one for drying yourself off after finishing and taking a shower. Robes were not provided. We wanted to have another session in the morning as well and for that the receptionist was very helpful by providing us with some new towels.
The room also has a balcony facing the park in front of the house. This is also the direction of windows. Even with the hustle and bustle of NYE we still got a decent night sleep. We also didn't hear other people in the hotel, so that's a big plus.
The breakfast is modest, but filling - a few types of sliced meats, one type of cheese, some cereals, some fruit, slices of tomatoes and cucumbers, omelette, sausages and bacon come to mind. Me and my partner were satisfied, but it can be disappointing for someone with food allergies or vegetarian/vegan diet.
