We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights at the end of september. Easy to find, convenient parking. The rooms nice and warm and good size for a double. The breakfast selection was basic but did the job. The staff was excellent. Good value for money. Would return.

Modern and well designed hotel with nice staff. Impeccable. Very good breakfast. Ample parking. Just outside of the main old town, and as a result, it was a just little more effort to access the historic area, but really not a huge issue. Close to mall shopping.

Friendly service / staff. It's a short taxi or bus ride from the city centre. The breakfast was decent. The rooms are very nice and clean. It's quiet too. The hotels restaurant is casual fine dining and I'd be surprised if you can find better food anywhere in Tartu. Can't stress this enough. The food was amazing.

It is a standard business hotel in not very nice city. The parking in the front of the hotel was very full. The receptionist were not very friendly and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Some training should be given to them (e.g. to say welcome / hello to coming guest, use rather "could you please pay now" instead of "you must pay now"...etc) how to handle guest.
The issue with bill as mentioned in previous feedback we had as well. After "you must pay now" we didnt get any invoice or explanation when we will get it. If "I have to pay now" - I also "have to get my invoice immediately" and not next morning....
Breakfast was standardm not a good quality.
Next time I will take another hotel.
Dodgy hotel. Stay away !
We arrived nearly at midnight at sophia hotel and decided to pay directly on check in, hoping to get a bit cheaper price. I spoke to two female receptionists and paid 85euro in CASH. Price via hotel website and tripadvisor was cheaper . Unfortunately I didn’t check it prior payment.
NO INVOICE/ RECEIPT was given for my cash payment! I had to came back to reseption and firmly ask for receipt!The receptionist were confused and it took a wile for them to give me some wierd looking invoice.
Air conditioner was broken in the room.
No drinking water.
Towels are dirty , with human body liquids!
Stay away!
