My wife and I recently enjoyed a stay at this hotel, check in was and easy and friendly , rooms of a good size with nice views of the streets , there is a heated pool and sauna which has nice views as well , breakfast was a very good buffet ,location was right on the Old town entry and close to the ferry port.

Room Tip: On the higher floors with a street view

Hotel with very central location in Tallinn. The hotel is of very good quality, although getting bit old-fashioned. Still doing well! The service at the reception desk in restaurant was very friendly .

I stayed here for 3 nights as part of a group tour (room 521). Room was large and super comfy, splendid view, big bath tub! Breakfasts superb! The biggest buffet I have ever seen. What did they NOT have should be the question. Lovely spa on 8th floor. Good sized swimming pool, super jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Staff a delight. Helpful with providing umbrellas, fixing lamps.
Tallinn old town about 5 mins walk away.Would stay here again with great pleasure.

Room Tip: room 521 is in the the front of the building. Good tram/people watching ! + a Bath tub!

We spent six nights at this hotel in August 2017. The rooms are a very good size and it is very comfortable. It has a lovely pool with a delightful view over the Old Town. It is well located just around the corner from the Old Town. We managed to get a quite a good deal not long before our trip and breakfast was included in the room rate. The breakfast was quite good but I would not have paid the usual charge for it. The hotel has an excellent restaurant where we enjoyed one of the nicest meals we had in Tallinn. The only criticism that I have is that the staff at the front desk were polite but quite unhelpful whenever we approached them. For example, we asked if they had any information about sightseeing tours in Tallinn. They gave us a map ! No information or brochures were provided. On another occasion my husband asked if there was a laundry where we we could have our washing done for us. They said to ask at the dry cleaner's ! (Fortunately Trip Advisor came to the rescue)! This lack of helpfulness is unfortunate as it detracts from what is actually a nice place to stay.

Remember to pack your swimsuit as the pool is large enough to enjoy a swim, (a lot better than most hotels) also relaxing in the jacuzzi is a very pleasant after several hours of sightseeing. There is a great view of the old town so good place to rest and watch the sun go down. The hotel is very close to old town and on tram route to other attractions. Toiletries replaced daily but no body lotion! Large walk in shower.
Hotel staff are very helpful and umbrellas are available to borrow if like me you forget to pack one. Breakfast buffet has a good selection of food.
