We stopped for a morning coffee break (and then rode out a rainstorm). It is very quiet and absolutely not touristy, in a quiet corner near the Canadian Embassy, and next to a terrace with an excellent view (with no tourists). It is part of a children's theatre so it is kid-friendly. The food is all fresh (our cake was straight out of the oven!) and local and home-made, and very reasonably priced. Our only problem was getting the bill when we actually did want to leave (we observed other people with the same issue, so we even started to ask quite early...). I would definitely come back.
