The beautiful sandy beach called Valgerand is located only 10 km from the city center and is a good and private place to visit with your family or friends.
A promenade leads from the car park to the beach through a forest. You can find an adventure park, cafe, restaurant, grilling spots, children's playground, toilets and 500 meters/1 km/3 km health trails in the beautiful pine forest. Valgerand is also very good for camping. The cafe, restaurant and adventure park are open only in the summertime.
