We just happened to pop "in" this outdoor terrace/bar after visiting the Red Tower Museum. They had just opened (at 3 PM), so we were practically the only customers, and were treated accordingly. They had temporarily run out of ricotta cheese, so we were offered some arancino balls instead. Delicious, and with a plate of olives, the red wine was perfect.
During our 45 minutes stay there was an almost continuous flow of food delivery couriers, so the sourdough pizzas must be good...
You could say a lot about the music you typically have to put up with in Estonian restaurants and bars; Mona was a delightfully different place in that sense. Thanks for the non-conformative playlist!
