Description: Friedrich's arcade is one of the most vivid symbols of Klaipeda. Long and colorful history of the old town and progressive modernism meets here. This unique space represents the lively tradition of the biggest European capitals to transform whole streets into arcades that unite cozy cafes, restaurants, stylish boutiques and guest houses in one place. The arcade opened in 2006 and was named to commemorate a historic personality - King Friedrich Wilhelm III of Prussia who resided in Klaipeda during the Napoleon war. Today Friedrich's arcade is rightfully titled by Klaipeda citizens and city's guests as probably the coziest attraction centre with the most unique aura on the Lithuanian coast. Everybody who comes for a cup of coffee, business lunch or dinner with a company of friends is welcomed here. Once you visit Friedrich's arcade you will feel what it means to stop the moment. And you will want to come back once again with your most honorable guests.

I was here for the second time and the food was very good again. We went for steaks at the Argentinian steakhouse. The Meat was very good. The pistachio ice cream was homemade and awesome, accompanied with XO cognac (not Cheap) a top dessert.

Me and my fiance had dinner at Friedrich passage on a Thursday night. I had tuna tartar and mussels in brandy, cream sauce. My boyfriend had deep fried seafood ( beer snack ) platter and steamed halibut. Food was excellent all of it. Tuna tartar a favorite. Best ever. Service attentive, great menu and wine card. Cosy atmosphere and nice vibe. The only thing is that we had to rush to finish our bottle of wine as we were asked out 00.04 AM as they close at midnight. A part from that a very fair priced place for excellent seafood. 4+

My third visit and once again perfect dinner.

As a starter fish soup with clamps, salmon and shrimps...main course grilled lamb rack...10 points!

Nothing else to say!

We had a business meeting outside and had a great experience on food and service. They serve both local and European dishes! I would recommend drinking a cold Gira!
