We used Bike Bratislava for our travels in Slovakia and Austria last month and I would highly recommend them.
I initially dealt with Ladislav at Bike Bratislava who helped me to form my arrangements for our Bike hire. We wanted the bikes delivered to us in Vienna, and our luggage taken to our hotel in Bratislava where we would return the bikes.
Ladislav was clear, helpful and flexible throughout my email correspondence with him. He made the arrangements much easier to complete and I am very grateful for that.
A couple of days before we were due to have the bikes delivered we communicated with Michal of Bike Bratislava to confirm the plans. Again, Michal was very helpful and straight forward. We asked for the bikes to be delivered to us before 8am to enable us to get out of Vienna early morning. That meant an early start for Michal coming from Bratislava, but he was there early. Michal was very pleasant and did a great job explaining information, taking payment and giving advice. We returned the bikes to Bike Bratislava at their premises which are really well located 1 minute from the Presidential Palace at the top of the Old Town. It was also about 500 meters from our hotel so really perfect for us!

The Staff here were able to recommend a terrific biking rout to us 3 clueless travelers and an accurate time of completion. Like everything in Bratislava good value. Call up the shop before you go there to rent a bike.

Competent and helpful staff - nothing much to say about this one than: Try it. Especially if your "just" staying in Bratislava it is a good way to see some of the scenery surrounding Bratislava.

We rented a tandem and the owner suggested a 3 hour tour to Devin Castle, he explained everything and gave us a map. We had very much fun and I recommend this tour, especially a little café in Devin called "Café Eden".
