This place was both perfect yet a little creepy. An old style bar with differing areas and unnerving décor it is just a lovely little place on the banks leading up to the castle. We were here on an afternoon and on a Sunday evening ( hence the lack of others ) but on both occasions it was really good. the beers certainly flowed and the prices were a lot cheaper than the centre. We really enjoyed in here, but we did for this whole area which was away from the touristy centre haunts.

Good atmosphere...especialy in front of the bar. Try hamburger or spare ribs. Craft beer is also very good...

Called in for lunch and ordered a range of local foods and beers. We was not disappointed with anything they brought indeed we tried a bit too much local beer !!!!!

This is a superb tavern located at the foot of the Castle that is always a joy to go.
The interior is cool with chunky wooden tables and chairs and superb iron artwork in the shape of devil's,it looks cool and it's certainly eye catching.
They serve up a really good meal menu and the beer range is good and served iced cold and sparkling.
We were here on a Saturday night and this place was packed,we ordered Pilsner Urquell beer at the bar and this was poured sparkling and tasted superb and served iced cold,we just soaked up the great atmosphere in here while enjoying our delicious beer's.
These are the fun and lively places I love to visit on any holiday and U Certa really offered a great time.
We stayed here for a couple of refreshing beer's before we moved on but as on every other visit to here we had a great time.

We were coming down from Bratislava castle and the rain became stronger so we found a pub U Čerta to hide there. When we entered, we were not sure, if anyone, except of two guests, is there. So we sat near the heating and kind young man appeared form back. He offered us anything to warm up and we were satisfied with Aperol, Radegast beer and tea with honey. We were sitting near the bar and we saw a lot of alcoholics drinks, which we could drink, if we stayed in a hotel near (unfortunately not).
