The first time I came to this church, I felt that I want to swallow it. This church is so cute and eye-catching. St. Elizabeth Church is so unique. I love it.
The Church of St. Elizabeth, commonly known as Blue Church is a Hungarian Secessionist Catholic church located in the Old Town in Bratislava.
It is close in the inner part of the old city but it is not difficult to reach.
This church, built in 1909-1913 is a stunning building.
It is one of the best thing that I saw in Bratislava.
I could not visit it inside because it was close but only for the external architecture, it is beautiful.
Worthy a visit! Definitely
As the title says, the church is blue and looks stunning when you see it.
If you are lucky enough to get inside then everything else in it is blue.
Not sure why it was painted blue but in told it wasn't always this colour
i thoughtthebchurch was trully different to anything i hadseen in the past. Being coloured blue made it unique. The downside was it was not open
Wonderful picturesque church, a must visit and photo stop. It's a pity that the church is only open for services, we would have loved to explore inside this gem.
