As the previous stay I had the upgrade to the privilege room and this time was a better room but I would suggest something more regarding the food and the drinks at the previlege lounge... The breakfast was better this time.

Stayed for 3 nights bed & breakfast with spouse. After emailing them as it was an anniversary, we got to the hotel and they upgraded us for free to a privilege room, on the 5th floor, with use of the privilege lounge. It was a lovely gesture and surprised us with a bottle of fizz & chocs. Couldn't have asked for more! All the staff were friendly and helpful too. Room was cleaned daily and complimentary toiletries, tea/coffee supplies replaced.
The breakfast was superb with a great choice of cold meats, cereals, cooked breakfast choices. One little gripe was the hot food was not very hot. I am not sure why hotels cannot seem to get this quite right, although the hotel was having some work done to the kitchen I think. Providing a microwave may have been helpful.
Location was 10-15 min walk to the Old Town or you could get the No 1 tram outside the hotel. It was also a few minutes walk to the train station.
I would definitely stay here again as the customer service was amazing and it was a super location.
