Outstanding service at this location and very clean. The staff were very accommodating and bent over backwards to keep people happy. Desk very informative. Great breakfast, just too bad they only serve until 1000 hrs.

The hotel is very centrally located, making it perfect for a city break. The layout of the hotel is a little unusual with the reception and two areas of accommodation on one side of a courtyard, with two others, and the breakfast room on the other - all through a main archway from Wolfova street.
The rooms have recently been refurbished and are immaculately clean.
We would certainly recommend it

Room Tip: We had 301 and 308 which were slightly larger than the rooms in between and had an extra single bed

The hotel is in a fab location in centre of the old town but in a pedestrianised courtyard so very quiet. Room small which is to be expected on a city break however recently refurbished to an excellent standard. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets etc within very short walking distance. Staff helpful with information and bus timetables. Breakfast only cold items which we coped with. Sadly no bread rolls, fresh uncut bread or pastries/croissants. Lockable luggage room was handy for last day. No fridge or kettle in room however there is a hair dryer and safe. Would recommend as price and location probably hard to beat!

We arrived on a hot day and wanted a shower, but there was no hot water, so phoned the concierge to be told 'there is an 80 litre tank shared between two rooms, and when the hot water is gone it takes two hours to heat up. But you may shower in the massage area'. That was down two floors. Not ideal when wrapped in nothing but a towel.
Not since the last century have I been in a hotel where hot water was a shared tank, and if Emonec is to retain the good reputation it has, it would seem sensible to have instant hot water showers.
There was no kettle in the room and no one informed us of how to get tea/coffee in the hotel, so my daughter found a kettle in the massage area which she was allowed to use, and carry the cups up two flights of stairs.
We were not told if there was a washing machine for use of guests, so just did hand washing and hung it up in our room.
The breakfast was more 'fuel' than a culinary experience. The only fresh fruit was a bowl of bananas. There is a selection of cereal, flavoured yoghourts, meat and cheese and bread. I did go to a local restaurant and had good fresh bread rolls, honey and coffee.
The concierges are friendly and carried our suitcases to the second floor room (there is no lift that I could see).
The hotel is centrally located and our rooms were quiet for such a busy location. The beds were fantastically comfy and the room clean. But I doubt I will return to Emonec as once there was no hot water to shower and so got up early to have a quick shower in the morning. Not ideal when on holiday.

Room Tip: Ask for a room that is on the 'quiet' side.

Dear Sir, thank you for your review. All informations about our hotel and facilities are available in each room. About laundry service which we offer only for hotel guests you should asked at hotel reception desk. They would be glad to explain when laundry service is open. The kettle is available on reguest at hotel reception desk and guests of course can use it in the room. We have enough hot water for normal shower specialy in hot summer days. We are glad that you enjoyed our hotel location, that room was clean and beds comfortable.

Fantastic hotel, lovely staff, checked in late due to a delay at the airport no problem, breakfast included in a lovely modern dining room, one point , No hot food, The room was basic but comfortable, oh the beds were comfy didn't want to get out of them. Not a hotel for the less mobile though unless you ask for a ground floor as lots of stairs and no lift. But for us it was great, loved it will defintatley return.

Room Tip: For the less mobile ask for a ground floor, \no lift and quite a few stairs.
