This is an unique aparthotel in Warsaw. Placed id and old tenement in the very center of Old Town. You can feel ages coming from the walls. There is also great cafe on the first floor where you can spend some time and have nice conversation with locals.

Stayed here to visit the city and christmas markets. I was really pleased with the room, very clean, everything you need for a short stay, kettle, hairdryer, free toiletries etc. Martin was very friendly and went out of his way to give advice on places to go. The breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend this lovely find. Many thanks Martin

We stayed 4 nights at the Duval Apartments. We stayed in the Polish Chamber on the 2nd floor of the building (no elevator). We were met by Martin, who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He also operates the café/bar in the apartment building and serves an excellent coffee and selection of scrumptious cakes. We availed ourselves of the continental breakfast on our first morning and it was very good, and more than we could eat. This room is lovely and very spacious. It has a bar fridge and kitchen sink, with some crockery and cutlery provided. The bed was very comfortable. The shower is quite small, but better than some we have experienced. There was some noise from the downstairs bar on a couple of nights, but it ceased by about 10 or 11pm and wasn’t a problem, and we also had some noise from people walking on the wooden floor of the apartment above us. An upper floor apartment may suit people who are disturbed by noise, but bear in mind that this means more stairs to negotiate. The apartments are on the border between Old Town and New Town, thus being ideally located for sightseeing in both of those areas, and it is also not too far from the river, where there is a path suitable for going running. We would highly recommend Duval Apartments for a stay in Warsaw.

Room tip: An upper floor room may be quieter.

What a fabulous place to stay! Highly recommend! The location is less than a 5 minute walk to the square where there is a huge variety of great restaurants. Upon arrival - which was around noon, we were promptly greeted and had the luxury of our room being ready. The hotel does not offer a lift so be prepared to walk up a variety of stairs to your room. Our room was huge! Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of room to walk around. Large windows face a busy street, a bit of noise in the evening when windows are open and there is no a/c. A small fan was provided which helped to cool the room. Bathroom is also spacious and jelly very clean. There are no English channels on the tv so I would recommend bringing something to watch.

Breakfast was provided with fresh cucumbers, breads, meats and cheese. Delicious!

Staff is very friendly and helpful and make you feel right at home.
