Everything about the hotel is excellent, location, food, alcohol, staff everything. If you are fortunate to go to Poznan you would be wise to book this hotel. It is very modern in an old building and the staff are extremely helpful. 5 stars

Perfect location - this is just right at the central market in Poznan. Amazing view from the hotel, perfect food and excellent beer. This is my numer 1 place in Poznan since many many years. Try "tatar wołowy" or "kaczka"

This hotel, in the centre of Old Town is pretty well, perfect. Clean facilities, clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent breakfasts, friendly staff. In any other city, the cost would be at least twice the cost of this accommodation. The value for money is over the top. Staying a few days in Poznan ? No debate. Hotel Brovaria should be your choice.
The hotel doesn’t have a lift which might be a limiting factor for some travellers.
There are 3 restaurant/bars in the facility. We ate in two of them. Service was very good.

We stayed at Brovaria for 4 nights and it was brilliant. The hotel has a fantastic location on the main square and our room was beautiful. We stayed in a deluxe room - it was beautiful but I wish I’d of known that the room is at the back of the hotel and does not look over the square. The restaurant is beautiful, breakfast has a great selection, the omelettes are very good and the beer from the brewery is fab - try the sample of 3 beers with beer snacks! The only reason my review is not a 5 star is because the service was slow at breakfast, at the bar and we waited almost an hour for our starters in the restaurant, although it was worth it when it arrived!

Had read all the reviews, which accurately describe the place, but it exceeded our expectations. Spacious airy room, excellent bathroom, very comfortable bed. Actually not much storage space, and no fridge, but this is a hotel. The blend of modern and traditional decor is good. Lots of stairs and a bit of a trek to our room at the back, but not a negative. We would choose this hotel if in Poznan again, which is unusual as we would normally try somewhere different.

Room tip: Best view of square at the front, and easier access
