We spent only three days in this hotel but we left very relaxed. Hotel is very quite, located in the end of quiet street without car traffic around. It has fantastic jacuzzi and swimming pool with warm water. We liked a lot a subtle music in the background, calm jazz. All four saunas were excellent. Bed's mattress and linens are very comfortable and cosy. All interior designer is cosy and made with high quality materials. We loved carved ceilings in wood by local people Górale and other wood decorations, elements in this hotel. The breakfast is a real feast! There is no food you could imagine and they would not have it for you! Everything was delicious and fresh. We finished each breakfast with a home made cake (always a choice!) and delicious cafe. The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. The only thing which we didn't like is the restaurant. I don't recommended. The food wasn't bad, for sure beautifully served but quite heavy. But mostly we didn't like the fact that our non-alcoholic drinks done really a half price of a total bill for a dinner! A fresh squeeze juice has a price of a starter! They don't serve any tap water (even thought it said to be very good quality in Zakopane). Re Zakopane: Definitely I would avoid this in touristic season. Awful amount of people in the town! Re Zakopane: Definitely I would avoid this in touristic season. Awful amount of people in the town! (it's been our second time during holiday months and the last one for sure!) Extreme crowds everywhere. But in hotel we didn't feel it.More
