Super place. Nice,modern clean with very friendly staff. Sauna, swimming pool(life guard present all the time) and jacuzzi all include in the price. Facilities were superb. Kitchen got all you need in self catering apartment. All cookwear,clean towels, paper towels, washing up liquid. Bathrobs and slippers and soap in the bathroom. Great location for a day hike in Tatra mountains, 20min walk to zakopane Town center. Bus stop outside the hotel. My room was courtyard, very green lots of trees and a mountain street next to the hotel, very relaxing, on the balcony table, chairs and a sunlounger. Breakfast was a buffet but you Could order eggs. Definitely will stay there next time. Highly recommended.

Great location, very clean well maintained rooms, close to a very large sports center for all kind of sports activities, including Yoga. Many restaurants you can walk to, a small mall & taxi & bus stand. 500 mts from gondola that take people to the hills. The rooms are clean, well maintained, lots of natural light, plus a fully furnished kitchenette, coffee making machine, microwave etc. Yes, all the possibilities to cook a meal in your room should you wish to. We eat all our meals in local restaurants that offer delicious polish meals. Bicycles can be rented or trip booked at the reception desk which is manned by friendly & fully trained staff with knowledge of local activities. It is open 24 hours a day. Breakfast is full of healthy food. Parking is available in covered garage on the property. I really enjoyed the recreation activities as they offer a large pool, jacuzzi & sauna, shower rooms, & locker rooms. Right across the street is local city fitness equipment. I noticed that this hotel has consistently scored over 9 out of 10 on guest satisfaction index in both Booking. Com & this one. The management is easily accelerated & the family offer a very warm welcome to all.
Tried to returned in the month of August but failed to secure a room as they were sold out.

Hotel has excellent location right at the edge of the city next to the entrance to TPN. There is a minimal traffic and if you leave your windows open you can enjoy the whistle of the river passing around. Apartments are big and clean, having all necessary dishes and kitchen equipment. Everything is clean and almost new.

Staff was really friendly, always smiley and willing to help. Was a great to have somebody local who can help you with translation for food order and delivery. They were always trying to help beyond the expectation.

I can highly recommend this location for family holiday as a silent kids friendly place.

Only two small negatives I found during our stay and probably one of them is the reason why the hotel is not ranked as 4 star (I think it should be):
1) There isn´t hotel restaurant so apart of the nice and tasty breakfast which is served locally, you have to take food delivery or walk in to the city for lunch or dinner. There is variety of cold/hot drinks available by reception desk.
2) Swimming pool is open from 16:00 to 22:00 where the 16:00 is kind of limitation for kids.

Apart of those two small things we really enjoyed our stay and am giving my full recommendation to go there!
