Stayed here as a family of 4, 2 children aged 12 and 14 years. We stayed in a one bedroom Apartment which was spacious with a kitchen area, the children slept on the sofa bed which was fine however in hindsight I would have gone for the extra bedroom just to have some more space and be able to use the sofa for relaxing all the time instead of being made up for a bed. The apartments were a little dated but always clean including the communal areas, the reception and housekeeping team were efficient and nothing was problem. The TVs are smart tvs and I really wished I had taken our fire stick as would have been great to watch an English film etc in the evenings as no English channels were available. The breakfast was fresh and very tasty, the attention to detail of the staff preparing and setting this up was what really made it, and there was something for everyone. The location was very central approx 5 min walk to the Main Street with loads of restaurants, clothes shops, little supermarkets, chemist etc.
The spa area was a lovely relaxing treat after a day on the slopes, easy to book and was always availability when we wanted it.
There is one minor negative point I have and that is the curtains they didn’t seem to fit the windows/doors very well and let the light in early in the morning and all night as lights were on in the parking area. However this is no biggie and the positives really outweigh this minor problem, just might be something to consider if sleeping in the dark is important to you.
Thankyou Bellamonte for having us, we had a great stay.

Stayed here with wife and two boys (6 & 9) for a winter break / ski trip.

The room was fantastic, very big and modern.

The staff were all extremely helpful.

The location is ideal for the town centre and Gubalowka. Lots of very reasonably priced shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Main ski areas are a bit further out. Szymoszkowa is 800m away the rest will need a taxi.

Breakfast was very good. Theres a small gym with a sauna and jacuzzi which kids were allowed to use.

Highly recommended.

The hotel is walking distance to the centre of town. The bus stop is a little further and I would suggest with luggage or if its snowing to use a taxi. The rooms and the bathroom is huge with a beautiful view. The decor is a bit outdated but its clean and the breakfast was delicious. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to families.

For our wedding anniversary we decided to visit zakopane again but this time stay overnight. From start to finish it seems the reception staff cannot do enough for you. Very pleasant and helpful. We were taken to our apartment and what a shock. We had a 2 bed apartment with a balcony. It was so big. Very clean, very modern. Just stunning. There was a little kitchen and some tea, coffee and sugar was provided. A good size shower room with a toilet and also another separate toilet. The lounge/dining area was a very good size. Breakfast was amazing. Plenty of choice and you just keep helping yourself. I never eat cheese, meat and salad at home for breakfast but love it when I'm in Central Europe! There is a spa, gym and sauna to use but we didn't use them. It's very well located close to gubalowka funicular. When we return to zakopane we will definitely stay here again.
