Let's just say, you didn't need lunch afterward! The staff here are exemplary. I emailed ahead of time, that we wanted to visit Auschwitz/Birkenau. The hotel staff arranged a chauffeur and private guide for the day. Everything went off without a hitch. Auschwitz/Birkenau is a world heritage site about a 70 minute drive from Krakow. A pilgrimage.
