Nice hotel with very friendly staff, lovely room, would certainly return to Krakow and stay at this hotel again. Rooms were very warm, clean and spacious. The breakfast was of a very good standard with a good variety of options on the menu. Only disadvantage!!! the room we stayed in at back of the hotel meant you could hear the church bells ringing on a regular basis. Ear plugs we’re provided. Guests at the front of the hotel had to contend with the tram which passed at the front of the hotel.

This hotel can't do enough for you. I loved my stay in Poland and would return in a heartbeat! My only thing would be if you're a light sleeper you need to take earplugs or request a room on the back as the trams run on the front of the hotel but the beauty of the hotel and the amazing staff make up for it!

We got back last night after an amazing stay at Hotel Santi. The location is perfect. Right opposite tram stops and a couple of minutes walk to main square. 5 mins walk in the opposite direction and you are at Wawel castle. Everything is walkable from this hotel. Right from the moment we arrived we were wowed by it. The receptionist Pietr was really helpful and friendly, as were all the staff. As it was our honeymoon and my birthday the following day they upgraded our room and, wow, what a room. It was huge and full of historic character( room 106). The hotel is converted from a Dominican monastery and has been beautifully restored. After showing us our room, another lady came up with a couple of glasses of prosecco to welcome us. Breakfast the following day was also very good. They have about 5 different selections of hot food- combinations of eggs and bacon but they will try to adapt to your requirements. Plenty of different breads and cold fruits, hams and cheeeses, cereals, yoghurt and fish. The coffee was fantastic. They arranged tours to the salt mines and auschwitz/berkenau for us and they went without a hitch. The bar is lovely and relaxing. Would not hesitate to recommend you to stay here. One word of caution - as it is a historic building there is some noise to be heard from people talking in the walkways and some tram noise but not enough to disturb you unless you are an extremely poor sleeper. It didn’t bother us in the least. The main square was all lit up for Christmas and is stunning. Restaurant recommendation.. piano rouge on the main square - eat inside downstairs there is live piano music from 9pm each night and the food was reasonable and lovely. Also wawalem down near the castle. Massive portions and again reasonably priced. We loved krakow and can’t wait to go back and will definitely stay at hotel santi again.

Room Tip: Higher floors quieter. Room 106 amazing for historic character

We will sadly be checking out tomorrow. What a beautiful hotel. Simple check in, wine and chocolates in room on arrival.
Once we were taken to our room about 15 mins later had a knock
on the door from a lady with 2 glasses of prosecco. Minibar restocked daily with snacks, water and soft/alcoholic drinks. Fab locations and friendly staff. We are in room 107 and it is stunning. Pics on website do not so it justice. If I were to be picky I would say the duvet was a little small so we both had to sleep in the centre of the bed and the tv had limited options in English... But we shouldn't be watching tv anyway when there is beautiful krakow to explore. Thank you for a lovely stay we would happily come back and will be recommending to friend and family.

The hotel staff were helpful and booked us a trip to Auschwitz - Birkenau, which I could not fathom doing alone. We did have an issue with the accommodation which was resolved as a temporary measure and they moved us to another room the next day.
Opposite a church and very near to tramlnes, though they do supply earplugs!
The breakfast buffet and cooked options on offer was fantastic. Will definitely set you up for a day of exploring!
