Stayed here in September for 4 nights, hotel was quiet because of Covid so they kindly upgraded our room which was a nice surprise. Beautiful big bedroom, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, lovely big bathroom. Breakfast was very nice, selection of cold meats, fruit, cereal, yogurts etc, and if you wanted cooked eggs you just asked the staff, there was a wide selection but the scrambled eggs were delicious! The hotel is 5 mins walk into the old Jewish Quarter, lots of bars and restaurants it had a great atmosphere. Ten minutes walk to the city centre too, it was ideally located. The staff were all very friendly and all spoke good English. We loved our stay, would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for three nights. The staff at the hotel are great and always willing to help. The location is really good for the Jewish quarter and only 10 mins walk to the Old Town.
The room was very nice with everything you need. The standard of cleaning was very high and hand sanitiser was available in all areas.
The bar was very good with an excellent happy hour from 3-7pm.
Breakfast was a good standard although service was a bit slow on some mornings. There is a supermarket across the street for any essentials, which is really handy.
Plenty of excellent restaurants and bars in the nearby area. Overall a really good stay and we would definitely go back.

Stayed here for 5 nights and have to say everything has being amazing. Breakfast is fantastic value and a brilliant selection plus the coffee is great and at a very reasonable price for hotel guests.
Also organised our trips hassle free and picked up from the door. Rooms are amazing everything about the place oozes class. And last bonus was a free late check out tomorrow on a Friday. Would recommend 100%

We picked the hotel because of it’s location (easy walk to the main square and close to the Jewish Quarter)

Were impressed at check-in, friendly staff with the info needed and all important map. The room on the 4th floor was spacious and comfortable with tea/coffee and water available & replaced when used. Mini bar was for once reasonably priced!

Breakfast was fab - great cold buffet then a selection of eggs available to order. The staff at breakfast were again friendly & helpful

We did call into the hotel bar a couple of times at happy hour - good value and fab service again.

We loved Krakow and will definitely be back - loved this hotel too so looking forward to our next stay
