Stayed here for 5 nights last week. Was a fab wee hotel. Great service, big clean rooms. Nice area round about with lots of lovely bars and restaurants. Easy walking distance to main square and main attractions.

Lovely quiet hotel situated in the Jewish quarter. Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Our bed was so comfy. Only gave a 4 due the breakfast. Does cater more for the conteintal guests but they do do excellent omelettes x

Lovely hotel situated bang in middle of where we wanted to be . From the moment we booked hotel staff sorted out transfers and trips to auschwitz and salt mines , with not a problem in sight . Arriving at hotel staff where so friendly and room was larger than we expected. Wasn’t expecting the ritz but was surprised . Really clean, comfy beds and breakfast was just as nice. You can order eggs or go for polish breakfast which is what we did and was just as good . Will becoming back again to visit without a doubt . Many thanks

Stayed for 4 nights at the Hotel Eden recently and really enjoyed our stay. Tucked away up a little cobbled side street in the middle of the Jewish quarter it was nice and peaceful for sleeping at night as not a lot of passing traffic, both people or cars. Our bedroom was on the 3rd floor and was a large attic room with a fabulous comfy bed and super soft giant pillows. (room 332 I think the room was situated on the corner.)
Plenty of light as three windows (one of which is partly hidden as behind the bed, air-conditioning for the summer and two radiators for the winter months. There is a roomy bathroom with the usual basin, loo and shower (heated towel rail) the shower was fairly powerful with a rainwater style shower head. TV and tea and coffee making goods supplied in the room. On arrival there were two small bottles of water.... these however were not replaced which I found a little odd for a Hotel. Also you only got one sachet of coffee each and just one tiny carton of milk each was again not enough. thankfully I had taken a few little sachets of creamer with me.

The lift only takes you to the 2nd floor so you will have a few steps to get to your room so take heed should you have mobility issues.
Morning Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, with tea coffee and juices supplied - both the tea and coffee good. Usual continental fayre of hams and cheeses, but also three warm dishes which were sausages scrambled egg and beans , cereals, toaster for doing your toast with Jams etc, and some little biscuits. You can order omelette from the young later behind the little counter near the tea/coffee and they were excellent too! Cleanliness of the Hotel from front desk to bedrooms top notch.... the young ladies all working very hard indeed to make sure everything kept spotless.

We found the staff on reception very pleasant and helpful. We would return for sure if we came back to Krakow as very well situated for some excellent restaurants and bars.

Room Tip: No views from any rooms really but quieter top floor

I am giving this hotel top marks because of the price we paid for it. The bathroom was spotless and the location is great. Just outside the hotel are several stalls selling snacks, we tried a couple and the food was very good. It is also close to the old town, about 15 mins walk. The hotel also has a no noise policy between 10pm and 6am, though one night we did have some noise but that was from outside. Breakfast was also fine and did us through till tea time. Is not your full English, but then you are not in England.
