The Manager Jan is amazing in the way that he has helped us change our holiday dates due to Covid restrictions from 2021 to 2022. Lots of issues with the booking agents but Jan stepped in and has completely sorted the issues.

Thank you so much Jan for your help and support and we look forward to meeting you in 2022.

Jean

Queen Boutique Hotel was in a great location. About 10 mins from castle, 15 mins to the main square and 5 mins to the Jewish areas. Surrounded by great places to eat and little coffee shops just off the main road. The hotel was spotless and the reception staff very welcoming and happy to help. We forgot plug adapters and they provided some free of charge along with umbrellas, extra tea and milk. Breakfast had a great selection of continental and a small selection of cooked options like scrambled eggs or omelet. Room 10 had a great view and no noise from the street. During the night the black out curtains provided total darkness.

We had a wonderful experience at the Queen Boutique Hotel when we went to Krakow last July! The room was well-designed and even though we were next to the elevator, it was not noisy. The staff was very kind, helpful, and professional. They helped us book a car and trips to the Salt Mines and Auschwitz and the driver was excellent. The breakfast was also good and they had put measures in place to limit the number of people at breakfast and altered the service in light of COVID-19 to make guests feel comfortable. Overall, we had a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel!

5 star hotel. Our stay was perfect. We arrived early expecting to ask them to hold our bags, but we were pleasantly surprised that they had a room ready and even upgraded our room. The hotel is absolutely clean and beautiful, close to the Jewish Quarter and the central downtown area. The restaurant downstairs was a wonderful Michelin dining experience with very friendly staff.
