Just returned from a 4 night stay with my Mum and brother and had a fantastic stay. The hotel were so helpful before we even arrived, they helped with airport transfers and tours, nothing was too much trouble. Every staff member we spoke to was so helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from each day. We checked out at 5am for an early flight and the hotel had provided a packed lunch for us as we would miss breakfast - great touch. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Just had a 4 night stay in this hotel and, being seasoned travellers, we can go as far as to say this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. It is in the perfect location for the main attractions offered by a wonderful city. The Jewish District is literally over the road, the castle is around one corner and the Old Town around the other. If you’re brave enough to use a tram, there is a stop almost on the doorstep. A ten minute walk gets you to the river where there are plenty of pleasant floating cafes and boat trips on offer.
We had a lovely room at the back of the building with a balcony overlooking an orchard. It was so peaceful and quiet, you wouldn’t think you were in a major city.
The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing was a problem. The breakfast was fabulous with so much choice, every morning on all four days we ate there, there was something different to be had. We ate dinner in the restaurant on the night we arrived, which was nice and reasonably priced. For the rest of our stay we ate dinner al fresco in the Jewish District which was fabulous, especially during the hottest month of the year.
We visited Auschwitz using a driver organised through the hotel. Adam picked us up on time, was extremely polite and drove us there in an immaculate and air conditioned top of the range Mercedes, with the added bonus of in-car WiFi. He waited there for us all day, before driving us back to the hotel when we were ready to leave. He handed us umbrellas, which we thought was odd since the sun was beating down on us at the time. However, 30 minutes into our tour the heavens opened & chucked it down for about 15 minutes before the sun came out again. What great service!
If you are planning on visiting the ghetto, Schindler’s factory and other landmarks in the city, I would highly recommend using a golf buggy to get around. They are extremely good value and very nifty. The hotel can arrange for one to pick you up from the hotel or you can hop over the road to the Jewish District and barter with any of them. We did the free walking tour on the first day which took just over 3 hours but we returned to Schindler’s factory on a buggy, after getting tickets, to do the inside tour. Getting tickets in advance saved us from joining a huge queue at the door.
A great city with lots to offer, extremely nice people and a fabulous hotel.

I am really happy to read that you found our hotel comfy and perfect located. Thank you very much for your very accurate and very good feedback. We are delighted that our hotel meets your expectations. I totally agree with you that in our Deluxe rooms you can feel like you are outside the city. Our restaurant, whether during breakfast or evening dinner, offers food at the highest level. I am delighted that you enjoyed it.
Also, we try to make all services, like airport transfers, local trips or city tours (electric cars) were provided by proven companies which offer the highest quality of the service. I am really glad that they meet your expectations.
However, I am most satisfied with your kind words about our staff. Each member of our team, every single day, tries to improve their abilities and provide the best possible service. Again, thank you very much for spending your time to share your opinion with other Tripadvisor members.
I hope, you will visit us again soon. Then, please contact us directly, we will prepare the best offer for you.

Kindest regards,
Jan Stachura

The is a small hotel in Krakow. The room was great (although smaller than American style hotels), but it was plenty big for us. The bathroom was very nice; the shower was one of the better one I've had in Europe. Room was very clean. But the best part of this hotel is the incredible customer service. Everyone was very courteous and extremely helpful. Our room was very quiet; the breakfast was good. Location is very good; just a few minutes walk to old town and the Jewish quarter. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to Krakow.

Nice boutique hotel in one of the most beautiful places in Europe.
Hotel location is really good, just 5' minutes from the old city. We booked a standard room and they upgrade us free of charge in a room with a balcony. The view was amazing from that room. I was just drinking my coffee, relaxing and just looking that view. Room was clean but the only minus was that in our carpet we had a big stain (this has to do with the maintenance).
Breakfast was really good but the best thing was the "pan cake" with chocolate... That was like a small morning paradise.
From reception you can book excursions. You can find same cheaper excursions in the old town . But hotel cooperate with a company witch was really good and professional.
We also booked our transportation with the hotel and we were really satisfied.
Conclusion = Hotel staff & the cooperation they have are all really professional. Thank you for that.

A very special hotel, in an excellent location. Very attentive staff and lovely ambience in all common areas. The rooms are very well equipped, comfortable and quiet, despite being in the centre of Krakow. I will add that we were in a Skyroom at the back of the hotel. My only minor niggle is the music over breakfast. I understand the need for ‘something’ as the room is very resonant but Frank Sinatra crooning over my scrambled eggs just ruined the atmosphere that overall was so elegant and special.

Dear Mark,

Thank you for taking your time and sharing your opinion with us. It is very nice to hear that you have enjoyed your stay in the Sky Room and our staff has managed to make your city break a memorable experience. When it comes to your comment regarding the music over breakfast - we are very sorry for the discomfort you felt, we will try to improve our playlists.

If you will be planning your next visit to Krakow, please feel warmly invited to stay at Queen Boutique Hotel**** once again.
Kind regards,
