An amazing weekend trip with my husband, staying at the Mondrian Luxury Suites & Apartments, Krakow

I loved this place, feeling the apartment very well could be my second home.
Exclusive interior, decor and cool indoor lightening. Very comfy king size bed with a balcony into a quiet backyard. Kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed, and hightech TV/Stereo including AppleTV and a portable WiFi to bring outdoors.

The apartment was centerally located in the old town. Foodmarket just across the street and just a short walk to the restaurants and shops.

Impressed by Alex, very friendly and extremely helpful! He managed to arrange tickets for a guided tour to the Auschwitz & Birkenau monument and museum (as we forgot to prebook). I can highly recommend this tour.

Alltogether a comfortable stay in every way, very clean and well equipped!
Hope to visit you again.

The apartment was beutiful - with everything you could ever need. Centrally located only a 5min walk to the main square with several great restaurants in the area. Alex the host was great and always there to help if you needed him to. A fantastic place and would definitely recommend

We stayed for four nights in the apartment and even before we arrived Alex had been in contact to see if he could help with anything. We booked transport from the airport - very good value - and requested a quiet apartment. The apartment was beautiful - clean, warm and comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking other apartments and a courtyard and it was always quiet and in the sun most of the day. Alex stayed in touch via what’s app during our visit and was so helpful. He booked us tickets for a day trip to Auschwitz and the salt mines and when I was unwell on the day of the trip he contacted the travel organisers for us. He also gave us a good walking route to see all the sites - which we followed and really allowed us to see the main areas at our own pace. Loads of places to eat all over the city - including great value Polish restaurants and vegetarian and vegan food options. Krakow is a beautiful city - spotlessly clean and full of history and things to see and do. Overall, a great city break and we hope to go back - we will definitely stay at the Mondrian Apartments when we do.

we were not informed that the washing machine is out of order. the heating is not working good. it was freezing in the bedroom. it costs me 150 euros per night. and there are only 2 towels since we stayed for 2 nights.it is not worth it.

On behalf of the management, we kindly inform that the presented review is not correctly. The washing machine and heated in the room work properly. Guests probably, despite the instructions in the guidebook prepared for guests, could not turn on these devices. Our on-site service at the property was not informed by guests about any fault and after leaving the apartment stated that everything was working properly.
We are extremely sorry that guests, despite their lack of skills in using the washing machine and air conditioning, have expressed opinion that is not true and mislead future customers.

World class apartment and service from Alex. In the apartmentmany details made our stay perfect. I was blown out about the lightning, it was so complex and so many different lightning options that i have never see in it a flat like this. Good service from Alex, reilly professional and easy to deal with. Apartment was nicely decorated to high standards, it has everything you need and more for a stay.
