We really enjoyed staying in this apartment for a period of 7 nights. It is well located and just about 150 meters from the center and therefor close to restaurants, bars and everything Prague has to offer without the noise that go with that. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and convenient. All that for a fair price. What more do you need?
The owner Jana is a nice guy.

The apartment is in a nice charming old building, in a good location. It is very close to the castle, the Charles bridge, Petrin Hill and within an easy walking distance to the old city.
There were just a couple of drunken screaming episodes under our windows each night, but I think that this is still probably better than in many other places, because of the constant police presence nearby (the US and other embassies are located on the same street).
The manager met us at the airport and drove us to the apartment, and it was good to be picked up at midnight after a 30 hour flight from Australia. However I was surprised when he charged us 40 euros for this (firstly because I was under the impression that the transfer was complimentary and secondly because it was twice as expensive as what all airport transfer services and taxis charge).
The apartment appeared clean although very simply furnished with budget furniture. Just a few things to improve: the toilet flush did not work, the bed frame kept falling though when I sat on the bed, the towels were threadbare and not enough for all of us (3 towels for 4 people for 5 nights), there was no tea or coffee in the pantry, the TV did not work. But these things should be very easy to fix.
