“Exceptional visit to an exceptional hotel”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 December 2011

I arrived at the hotel at 2200 and found out my reservation had been canceled by the embassy. The Operations Manager without a blink of an eye changed a possible disaster into paradise. I was given one of the suites and the staff was nothing short of spectacular. Mr. Hamid personally engaged me on multiple occasions during my three night stay ensuring that my visit was proceeding according to plan.

This has been the single most pleasurable experience at a hotel in my life and I travel about 75,000 miles per year. I was traveling with my family they were treated like royally throughout the stay.

The hotel is a special experience and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. There are alcoves for sitting in the most special places throughout the multiple floors. The furnishings are incredible and provide a special touch to the visit. The morning breakfast was superb and the hosting staff very pleasant to my wife and children.

Room Tip: You cannot go wrong by choosing one of the suites. I was on the backside. It was very pleasant.

The hotel was nothing but pleasure. Nice rooms (although decoration a bit ovetr the top), nice Spa, small but nice pool and sauna, nice bar and great atmosphere. For a romantic weekend getaway a great place to be. You have to be ready to walk a bit (if I remember correctly 5-10 minutes) to the main sites but that is also the charm of the place.

Highly recommended. Gem of a hotel. Amazing building, very good location, very friendly and helpful staff, given a very warm atmosphere, good food, excellent service, quiet well furnished rooms. Like having one's own home in Prague.

Amazing ambiance, very nice a spaccio is rooms, nice common areas, all very classy and look ed after. Extremely friendly staff. Perfect location, a bit outside the "hot" spots, yet at a perfect walking distance from where you want to go. Absolutely a best place and where I would like to go back. Despite being a very nice hotel, each time you get back is like coming home. Nice also the wine and cheese tastino at 5 pm

From the moment we were collected from the airport, to the moment we left Prague the service from the whole team at the hotel was excellent. A warm welcome on arrival with refreshing towles and hot wine as we checked in and then we were showed to our beautiful room and around the hotel facilities. We were welcomed to have cheese and wine in the lounge area between 5-6pm every evening which is a great way to wind down after a long day touring the city and nicely warmed you up for the evening. Breakfast was a fantastic range of fresh fruit, meats & cheeses, breads & pastries, along with a freshly cooked breakfast on request. Definitely a place to go for a romantic city break, not sure I would bring children here unless they were very well behaved and used to the finer things in life. a short walk to the Charles bridge yet enough distance from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area. Would highly reccommend this hotel to those who appreciate the best!
