An architecturally imaginative hotel with an incredibly convenient location and unfailingly helpful staff. Because of its striking design you can't miss it--helpful if you've got a few pilsners on board. And it's literally a few minutes' walk to the tourist mecca of Old Town Square. A couple of minor caveats: the emphasis on the rooms' design occasionally sacrificed convenience and even safety--our glass-cube bathroom was for some reason elevated a few inches over the bedroom floor level, which wasn't great in the middle of the night. Likewise, while the staff was unbelievably helpful--they arranged for the shipment of posters to the US without blinking an eye--some of their restaurant recommendations could have been a bit more locally attuned. We were sent, for example, to Kolkovna Celnice, which looks like a Czech TGIFridays, instead of the bistro at the corner, which proved excellent.
All that said, a wonderful place that I would go back to in a hot second.
