This hotel is really nice and has very helpful staff. Impressive reception area, clean and comfortable bedrooms with a free gift on arrival of sweets, fruit or a bottle of wine. Contents of mini-bar on arrival were free (although only non-alcoholic drinks of water, orange juice etc) were in it. If you wanted to top up the contents of the mini-bar you would then have to pay. One of the best breakfasts we have ever had. All the usual cold and warm buffet food (baked beans, scrambled eggs, streaky bacon, hotdog sausages, tomatoes, mixed vegetables) which was plentiful and diverse. But could also choose from a menu of hot food; eggs florentine, eggs royal, omelettes (ham, cheese, mushrooms), fried eggs, poached eggs,pancakes, waffles, porridge. All cooked to order. Staff were
friendly and helpful. Free papers available in different languages. Location was really good as well with everything within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

My mom and I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the staff would always go above and beyond to fulfill any request! They also seemed genuinely interested in talking to us and learning about our lives and where we come from. When I go back to Prague, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

From reservation (concierge contact) to check in, from breakfast to bar ....... perfect service! This staff is genuine friendly! Even a communication mistake regarding a booked tour, was perfectly solved! Nothing but respect and definitely thé hotel to stay when you visit Prague. It's situated in Old Town in a nice quiet street, about 5 to 10 minutes to Charles Bridge.
