Great Location, Clean Rooms, Accommodating Staff

This was our first stop after arriving from New York City. What a pleasant surprise to realize we were in the heart of the city and could walk to most everything Prague had to offer in 10+ minutes.
We were tired after the long plane flight and the staff could not have been nicer. Even though we got there around 1PM we were immediately shown to our room. We did not have to wait for a 4PM check in as is customary at many hotel.
The rooms were of a very adequate size, with plenty of closet space, a safe, and a nice size bathroom.
All in all I would book this hotel if ever in Prague again.

Our location truly is quiet and unique while being very central at the same time. Our guests have easy access to most of Prague's main and interesting places such as the restaurants, bars and sightseeing.

We completely understand that after a long time of travelling, our guests always value a relaxing time. That is why we work hard with the Housekeeping department to prepare our rooms early, while maintaining their highest qualities.

I am also content to know that you found our high quality rooms to be comfortable and spacious. We look forward to you next visit to Prague so we can welcome you back.

Awesome contemporary hotel in Old Town

We loved the location of this hotel. Prague is so busy this time of year and it was so nice to be in a neighborhood tucked away from the crowds. The sites were walking distance from the hotel. Excellent restaurants and little bars exist in the surrounding streets. The staff were exceptional helping my husband to plan our stay and very helpful for suggestions regarding restaurants. My husband enjoyed the workout facility and the trainers they have on hand. The included breakfast was exceptional with many options including a healthy breakfast bar and fresh made to order egg options. The outdoor courtyard was a beautiful place to lounge over a late breakfast and enjoy another coffee. We had an upper floor with a patio that we used most evenings as it faced a number of the church spires and the castle. The bright light of the exceptional wall of windows was fabulous.

What truly stands out in Prague is the fact that visiting during any season is enjoyable and suitable. During the summer it is great to walk around the city with good weather and perform outdoor activities, such as using our Cezeta scooter rides for free. During winter it is great to walk around to see the beautiful historical buildings of Prague covered with snow - as well as gorgeous Christmas markets and decorations that are some of the best in Europe. I am pleased that you had a great time walking around from our appropriate central location!

Our team is glad that we managed to provide a very personalized and generous service, providing all that you needed. It is our aim at all times. The location of the hotel is definitely a wonderful feature as well, making it very easy to visit the main sites.

Great location

All of the staff were incredible nice. the local is situated at ten minutes to the main square and sites to visit. Incredibly many varieties for breakfast: fresh fruits, sweets, and also variety for food, and you can order for a menu a la carte, if you want something else. Can enjoy the garden area.

Great Location!

This is a nice, new, clean hotel at a great location in Prague. We like to walk the cities we visit and this location allowed us to do that easily and still see all we wanted to see. The front desk help, especially Nic from Baltimore, made this hotel a must. He could not have been kinder! The hot breakfast buffet is wonderful and they will prepare for you whatever you order to make the meal complete. I recommend this hotel highly!

Room tip: Our room window overlooked the breakfast dining room and patio and was on the 5th floor......perfect spot.

Even better than the great reviews

We just finished a four-night stay at this hotel. We were upgraded to the Signature room, which was spacious and quiet, The hotel’s location is perfect; on a quiet street but within a five-minute walk to the main square and within walking distance to all of’the principal sites. The breakfast is truly impressive, with hot meals that can be ordered à la carte but also with an exceptional buffet. We especially enjoyed the vast array of dried fruits and nuts, as well as the amazing selection of fresh fruits. We loved having our breakfast at the tables in the hotel’s peaceful garden area. The hotel also has a small but nice fitness room, as well as a sauna.

Whereas we found the facilities and the quality of the food to be excellent, what also makes this hotel stand out is the quality of the service. All of the staff were exceptionally nice, and the concierge gave use two great restaurant suggestions.

We have a hard time imagining how we could have had a nicer hotel experience in Prague.
