Quiet location but close to the Old Town and Palladium (shopping centres).
The staff is very friendly and helpful. On the day of arrival they sent us a fruit basket it was very nice.
The facilities were clean, the bed was comfortable. Lovely breakfast.
I will highly recommend this hotel.

We came as a group of travelers with a lot of experience worldwide. The lobby is freshly renovated and equipped in a very useful huge city map. When we asked for a place to meet, we were offered a spacy breakfast room (for free). Rooms were very clean. Variety of food for breakfast was more than enough. Stuff was very helpful and provided a professional service.

I have been to many hotels in EU and I could say this is the most cleanest of all. I will highly recommend this hotel. I have been to this hotel with 3 other friends and we all agreed that this is the best we've been to. Again staff, breakfast, cleaning, service, all are great..

I have to admit, that we were really touched, all of us. We stayed at Hotel Clement for three nights and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is close to the Old Town and shopping centres. The staff is very friendly and they made sure we had everything we needed from transportation to football tickets. The room we stayed in was nice and quiet. No traffic noise, no noise from other guests...nothing. Sure, the bed wasn't the best but I still slept very well which for me isn't a given. The breakfast is more than adequate. We didn't need lunch until late mid day after a big and varied breakfast. Also, the rates are decent. We only paid for 90€ per night so I have to say that was a good price. Highly recommended.

We came as a group. The lobby is being renovated and smelling of paint. When we asked for a place to meet briefly as a group after 9pm, the hotel refused us flatly. The manager asked for a 100 euro for a half hour use of their empty breakfast room. We were only a group of twelve. Is it that a customer service when the lobby is closed for renovation? Therefore if you are a group avoid this place.

thank you for your time to share your review with us, even though you were not satisfied with offered services. Let me write few words of explanation.
First of all - although our lobby was undergoing reconstruction, there still was about 20 seating places in the hallway with nice view to our green terrace with comfortable chairs and tables available and often used by our guests. Information about reconstruction of lobby and restaurant were available on our website and all other channels long time prior the reconstruction, so it should have been no surprise to anyone. Prices of accommodation were also reduced accordingly.
You came to our front desk asking for private space to use it about one hour or more to talk to your students at the same evening. We do not have any such space available without prior preparation. You note that there is a "empty breakfast room". Well, the breakfast room is not empty. It is prepared for breakfast for next day, cleaned and set. If anybody would like to use it, we have to get (and pay) a cleaner to clean and re-set the restaurant again after. Apart from this, there were also reconstruction works going at the restaurant entrance during the afternoon and evening that would need to be postponed, in case you would use the restaurant. Of course that all this can be easily arranged, but obviously it brings complications to our run and therefore we asked a rent for 1 hour of use of 100 EUR. I do not find it unreasonable and I am sorry, you do.
Generally said, we are not "group hotel". We work hard to provide all our guests individual services, take utmost care of their comfort and their needs, simply making them "feel like home".
Anyway, I hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable and you may choose our property next time when you travel like an individual traveler.
