Our family of 4 has a very pleasant stay here last week for 3 nights at the end of a 2-week vacation. Tatiana communicated with us via email and agreed to meet us at the apartment early on the morning of our arrival to store our luggage until our apartment was ready. The apartment was plenty big, the Wi-Fi worked great, and there is an AC in the "master" bedroom which is nice as I did not recall it being included in the description on booking . com. As others have noted, the place is just a little run down and could use some touch-ups but otherwise I have no complaints. Having Café Louvre right next door was great, the Tram 22 stop was just around corner, and it was a short walk to Old Town. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area.

Comfortable, clean and centrally located in the old town. The staff are very helpful and the apartment is safe. There is air conditioning in the master bedroom only but the main living space has double doors that open out to a balcony.

The apartment is perfectly located and close to the main attractions - the Old Town square, the Charles Bridge, across the road a supermarket, three minutes walk - the metro station. We lived on the fourth floor - an apartment with two bedrooms. The rooms are large, the beds are wide.

Now about the minuses - the apartment needs repair, the sofa is shabby, the bathroom is small, there is no place to arrange bathroom accessories. The water in the shower was not regulated, it was hot or cold. The kitchen is uncomfortable to use the instruments, it was necessary to rearrange them in places to plug them into the outlet. And the last - for the fourth day of our stay in the bathroom there was a smell of sewerage. It was impossible to get rid of.

We stayed at these apartments for 3 nights. We had trouble finding the place, but it was completely our fault. They had provided us with accurate information, we just hadn't looked at it close enough. They were very patient with us and gave us the correct address, again, and we found it. We were greeted at the door to the Apartment and checked in. The whole process took about 10 minutes, and it included being given a paper with restaurant recommendations, two choices of long term parking garages that were near and maps and brochures of area attractions. The Apartment is located very close to everything in Old Town. We even walked from the castle back to the apartment and it wasn't bad at all. Maybe 20 minutes or so, and it is a nice walk across the Charles Bridge. If you need a comfortable, affordable place to stay while you're in Prague with your family, this place is great!
