As this place was near our hotel, we ducked in here on a rainy evening for dinner. Our table was a trestle type thing with another family sitting at the other end. The room has a quaint cellar like ambiance and the whole dining room was run by just two waitresses, who were very efficient. Over the evening we had 2 beers, one white and 2 red wines, 2 Lumberjack pork steaks with baked potato chips, salad onions and horse radish. Following this we had apple strudel with creme and the whole bill came to the equivalent of just $49 AUD! Value plus! Beware of the small brown "pickle" which seemed to be on everyone's plate... it is actually a searingly hot chilli!!!
