Stayed here Jan 2018 came over to work at Coca Cola after the hurricane. The a room pricing $303 night was a slap in the face. Then resorts charged this is not a resort by any means $15 parking and the parking kiosk were not working so you had to buzz in and wait for front desk to ask you room number in and out. Don’t wanna miss that room and charge! Stayed here several times before might be my last after inflated pricing on rooms when others are here to help recovery on the island.

Hola!
Thank you for staying with us. I was sorry to read that we did not live up to your expectations. I would like to assure you that our rates and any additional charges are comparable to other hotels in Puerto Rico.

I understand the impact of the hurricane on the island. Terrible and I pray those folks recoup soon. However, apparently there wasn't that much damage to this hotel. Then they didn't taker reservations for 3 months citing "damage". Then only to find out later that FEMA and first responders took over paying high nightly rates. Reservations are now being accepted to us common folks who are on business but the price is way too high!!! Over $250 and then a $35 a night resort fee???? Come on?!!!!

Hola!
We thank you for your review and for choosing our hotel. Hurricane Maria was indeed a terrible and devastating experience for Puerto Rico, its people, and our hotel. Our team has worked very hard over the past three months to overcome this, operating at times with entire floors out of order and on back-up generators for over two months in order to make Puerto Rico and our hotel the beautiful destination it was prior to the storm. We would be happy to share some of our stories with you during your next visit! While there currently is a shortage of rooms in the market due to many hotels still being closed, our current prices are the same as what is normal for our hotel and the market during this time of the year, depending on how far in advance you booked your reservation. We also disclose our prices and breakdown of all fees and taxes during the reservation process. However, I am sorry that we did not live up to your expectations, and hope that we get the chance to see you again during any future travels to our beautiful island.
Sincerely,

Mike Garcia

We stayed here one night as we were going on a cruise the following day. Due to the hurricane damage in Puerto Rico we were on our second cancellation and were able to book a room here at the Hampton Inn. It was very expensive as we were staying the day before New Years Eve. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were very friendly. They offered a nice breakfast in the morning, I would definitely return.

Excellent staff overall, excellent location, dependable and reliable for the chain. Would go back again. The front desk staff were always on point and extremely helpful to recommend restaurants, beaches, car rentals. Anything we asked they were super friendly. Can not say enough about them. Even the hotel guests were like family. Met great folks from around the world.
