We hit the jackpot when we booked two nights at this charming Restaurant/Inn. We wanted a place that was close to the Montenegro border -- for an easy day trip to the Bay of Kotor -- and also close to the Dubrovnik Airport. Koraceva Kuca ticked both those boxes but went way beyond our expectations as far as the quality of the rooms and restaurant. If you are looking for a unique experience rather than a "cookie cutter" hotel, you won't be disappointed. The charm and character of this 300-yr. old farmhouse, the magnificent view, the fabulous food, the comfortable rooms, and the welcoming warmth of Miho and Deano added up to the best of our ten nights in Croatia. Hvala, Koraceva Kuca, for some wonderful memories!

We were staying in Dubravka, a village around 10 mins drive from Gruda and decided to book a meal here for our final evening. The decor and ambience were delightful as was the lovely waiter who served us. The food was lovely, I particularly liked the garden salad and the lavender cake. It was a little too chilly to eat out in the evening but the inside of the restaurant was charming so it wasn't a problem. Do give it a try if you're in the area. It's only about 15 mins drive from the airport and there are some local buses that stop in the village of Gruda.

I hesitate to review this amazing inn because I would hate to see it become "discovered." But wow. The view across the valley full of vineyards to the mountains is breathtaking. The staff could not be warmer or more welcoming. And the food and local wine--incredible. Try the appetiser of bacon stuffed with zucchini -- beyond memorable. The wine list is mostly local and superb. Not cheap, because nothing in Croatia is cheap, but the quality is top-notch and the atmosphere is unique and wonderful

We booked our room with booking.com and in the description is says that all rooms have mountain view. Also on our booking confirmation it stated a room with mountain view. When we got our room we got very disappointed our view was a roof with bricks and it was like looking at an construction site. We complained immediately to the staff member that brought us to the room. His reply was that the hotel was booked up, there were not other room we could move to and if we were not happy with the room we got, we could just leave. This was an extremely rude comment, we had not been given the room we had booked. When the rest of the staff came at 4 we contacted an other member and we were immediately given a wonderfull room with the most breathtaking mountain view. The bad start did however spoil several hours of our stay. I would recommend this place to have 2 different kind of rooms and prices and make it clear when you book the room that you will not have mountain view.

This place is absolutely stunning. It is placed with a fantastic view to the mountains and minefields. This view you will have from most of the rooms and from the terrace where the restaurant is. The staff is extremely nice and has a personal attitude we did however have a very poor experience on arrival (se more under negative remarks). This place is very easy to reach from Dubrovnik by car but even by bus as was our transport it was very easy with just a little bit of planning as the bus only goes a few times a day. This is a wonderfull place to relax and visit the wine yards in the area.
