If you are looking for a 5 stars this is not the place. Is the best that is saw in Rincon. Great service, bar is in the pool amd the beach is just behind it. The rooms are very clean. Be ready to go out and eat the food is quite expensice in the hotel but very good. Within walking distance to the town and to other beaches in the area. They have daily drink specials. I would love to stay here again and really recomend this place

We stayed at this hotel while in Rincon to ride horses. It was a decent hotel. Probably one of the best in Rincon. I don’t think there are any high end or luxury hotels in Rincon. If I was in town I would stay here again but I doubt I will ever be in Rincon again

Love the hotel, the room was a bungalow in first floor front of the pool, the self parking is big, they have sangria happy hour and appetizers, beach is beautiful, love the town within walking distance, a lot to do in towns fair.

The hotel seemed great but when we arrived there were a couple of things that weren’t really worthy of the (around) $160 a night fee.

First a few good things: the food was great specially Déco restaurant by the pool. And the game room was nice.

There isn’t room service, there is no “mini store” where one can buy water or snacks, there isn’t an in room mini bar.

We asked for extra sheets for the bed (because ours were dirty) and we did not receive any. No “do not disturb” sign available or shower cap.
If you want to play Ping Pong you better wake up at 5am in order for the staff to give you the paddles since after a certain time they don’t give them out, this was very rude!

If you have a problem don’t call the front desk because they will NOT help you.
