Central location right on the beach. 24 hour desk service which is a plus for those arriving late. Includes free buffet breakfast every morning. The swim up bar is a great amenity and its located right on the beach. Employees were super friendly and they also have two restaurants on premises. I would recommend this hotel for couples or families.

We stayed at the property during the first week of January. Much needed time off! Premises were ok considering the damage by the hurricane. My room (118) was clean, no complaints there. The landscaping needs a bit more TLC. The staff was courteous, friendly. Was a bit disappointed with the options of the included dinner at Deco, but nonetheless the food was very tasty. The pigeon pea risotto was delicious. Likewise breakfast was also included, variety was good which gave you a good start. The fish tacos at the pool bar were excellent!! We needed time off, we rested, we ate and had an excellent time.

We stayed two nights and three days at the Hotel. Facilities were much better thanvwhat we expected, after the storm. Prices at the restaurant and pool bar can be more attractive to the guests. Prices of the food and drinks are the same as hotels in the Metro area. Staff was very friendly, specially at restaurant and front desk.

We stayed in room 417, which is one of a small number of rooms that sleeps more than 4 - we have a family of 5. The room doesn't have a lip on the shower so a wheelchair can roll in and out. But the shower floor is higher than the bathroom floor, so shower water just flows out onto the bathroom floor! Crazy! We alerted the staff and the maintenance guy came up, gave us more towels and said he'd never seen that before - apparently the bathroom had been redone a month ago. The evening/night clerk said there were no more rooms available that slept more than 4. He could give us a room for 4, but if we wanted 2 rooms for 4 he would have to charge us (no way!) and we could talk to the supervisor the next morning. At 1130 the next morning the supervisor was at lunch, and the people working the desk were sure no one had ever complained about this before. As if that made it OK! We were just complainers, I guess, because we had to use towels to stop up the water from running all over the room! At 1230 the supervisor wasn't in at all today (avoiding me or just taking off after lunch?), and no one was interested in doing anything for us. We ended up paying $270 for one night when we were soaking up water from the bathroom after every shower, and throwing soaked towels out the door. So I guess that's just how the hotel does business - it doesn't really matter if the room is terrible, and parts of it don't work at all - you're supposed to just deal with it.
