Bevagna is a sleepy little town at the bottom of Montefalco, but the town is hopping with awesome food. Tagliavento is the baby of the butcher in town, grilling their top quality meats, along with vegetables, and terrific desserts made on the premises. We opted for the rib eye for 4, and it was outstanding grass fed beef, done to perfection. It is packed with locals, so reservations are a good idea. We came early on a rainy Thursday night and by the time we left, the place was packed. Our bill for 4, with vegetables, and dessert (we brought our own wine) was E76. A bargain.
