We had the most wonderful private cooking lesson and lunch at Le Delize Del Borgo in late April 2018. The 2-hour lesson was led by Simone, the restaurant's owner, who was incredibly welcoming and an excellent teacher. He taught us to prepare raw artichoke salad, ravioli, gnocchi, an asparagus omelet, and chicken. We then sat outdoors and enjoyed the meal in the idyllic park where the restaurant is located. I was extremely impressed by the quality of the ingredients, the food preparation, and--of course--the beautiful setting. This was honestly one of the best food experiences I've ever had in my life, and I could not recommend it more!
