My partner and I stayed at the Broadwater in 2016 and we loved it so we stayed here again. We enjoyed ourselves even more this time as the restaurant and bar were operating (it was closed the last time we stayed in 2016) so we had dinner there on our first night. The food was great and we could both have a drink as we didn't have to drive anywhere.

The bed was comfortable and the room was a decent size. We had a very comfortable stay, even though it was cold and rained a bit.

We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We recently stayed at the Broadwater Resort Busselton over a weekend in May 2018. We were allocated Room 80, an upstairs loft apartment. The stairs up to the apartment were quite steep but manageable. The apartment itself was roomy, with a spacious balcony. The master bedroom was a good size and the loft easily accommodated 2 single beds. Facilities (TV, kitchen, Wi-Fi) in the apartment were all great. The only let-down about the room was the bathroom. Quite often the toilet needed a "double flush" and the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The Resort itself is located right on the beach and there is a walking path that takes you all the way into Busselton. There is a small shopping centre at the opposite end of the street that has an IGA supermarket for supplies. The resort restaurant Stilts, is also a good option for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Busselton township is only a short drive away. Overall I would definitely stay here again - the resort facilities are great at it is right on the beach!

Room Tip: Upstairs apartments have spacious balconies, while downstairs apartments have a courtyard.

This has always been my accommodation of choice over the last 15yrs or so when staying in the southwest; nice quiet location, established gardens/trees, good bar and restaurant so you don't need to leave the resort.
Having not been here for 6mths I was pleasantly surprised to see the rooms have been upgraded - the old bath with shower curtain has been replaced by new shower with glass and new tiling.
Wi-Fi used to be a problem but is now available in all rooms not just in bar/reception.
Things are looking up, it was an even better experience.

Room Tip: Because resort is off the main road, I have found all rooms to be nice and quiet.

My Family of 5 just stayed in room 57, a three bedroom unit, there is plenty of space and is well set out with everything you will need. The restaurant was great with a really good waiter who looked after us each time we ate there. There’s a small shopping centre within 150mtrs too.
Thanks guys!!

We stayed at this resort for our daughters wedding
Not happy at all we had 5 groups of families staying there.
When ask for more towels and toilet paper there was a charge. When you pay good money to stay at a resort you don’t expect to extra money
Would not recommend this place
