This was very comfortable accommodation. Bathroom facilities excellent, like stayinging in a 4* hotel. Would highly recommend this B & B. Breakfast was really good and service excellent. Will definately stay again.

Great 1920s B&B with period furniture and decor, and number 1 location at Echo point. This style of decor not usually my taste, but it is done very well and with great attention to detail, and we really enjoyed it. Gracious host, very clean, lovely claw foot bath to soak in and a comfy bed at the end of a big day of bushwalks. Probably only half the price of a room at Lilianfels, which is a few blocks up the hill and less 'authentic'.
Would go back..

This B&B is one of the best, if not THE best B&Bs we've stayed at. The location at the Three Sisters lookout was perfect, and although busy during the day, was very quiet at night. Our host, Veronica, was so nice and friendly, and made the best breakfasts. Our room was so comfy and cozy, that we slept like babies. Every aspect of our stay was truly wonderful. Highly recommend!

Wonderfully warm welcome from Veronica and she was so helpful when we were soaking wet after our walk in the rain as well as offering us any other assistance we might need. Lovely choice of breakfasts, and afternoon tea was an extra treat.
Location superb - so close to the Three Sisters lookout and various walks - and luxurious accommodation. Having one large table in the dining room gave us the opportunity to get to know the other guests, which we really enjoyed.
We would have preferred to have single beds but that option wasn't available (which is why I've rated "sleep quality" as "average") - I'm sure it would be good for a couple though. Great attention to detail in the furnishings and overall decor.

Room tip: Front suites have the best views.

We stayed for 4 nights in the Gunnedoo Suite. The window in the room looks out over Echo Point and makes for a wonderful start to the morning.

The room has a spa bath, gas fireplace, 4 poster bed and is very spacious. Located upstairs the room is quiet, though with only 3 rooms in the house, the whole property is peaceful and relaxing.

Breakfast is served every morning, with a generous variety to choose from. Tea and coffee is available all day as well as decanter of port in the rooms. Veronica the host also provides homemade afternoon tea which was a lovely touch.

Our stay was incredibly relaxing. It was lovely to interact and chat with the other couples staying over breakfast or of an evening in the lounge area.

Room tip: Gunnedoo is upstairs with spa, Meenhi is the smallest downstairs with spa, and Wimlah is at the front and is large with claw foot bath.
