We were in Airlie during Cyclone Iris and the ocean was not accessible to us. However the lagoon was a first rate alternative and one which we recommend even if the ocean is available. No stingers. Life guards

This beatiful lagoon creates a perfect place for a photo and to relax and enjoy the sunshine and a refreshing dip. ( a little to much chemicals for our liking) but still nice.

We spent a fabulous morning here this last week, the pool itself is huge so everyone has enough space for a comfortable float around the pool. We had a 17mth old as well as a 10 yr old, 2 teenagers and an elderly disabled member of our Family. It was easy to gain access in and out of the pool itself and the ammenities were lovely and clean with roomy cubicles for getting changed etc. The Lifeguard was v friendly and does a wonderful job of keeping the pool lovely and clean. Look forward to returning one day.

A huge lagoon pool with plenty of shade and spaces for everyone. Great for little kids with huge shallow areas and deeper areas for bigger kids. Plenty of showers and change spaces as well as a kid’s playground.

Always a favourite in Airlie.

A lovely cool pool with a view of the sea. Plenty of room for people to find a spot to sunbathe. Life guarded pool with public toilets and showers.
