We visited The Horns for a birthday lunch on Thursday. It was empty but still felt cosy and relaxed. The music was chilled and the wait staff were exemplary. The chicken pie was delicious and the chocolate mouse above all expectations. The landlady Sandra made herself available to chat, and the Malbec was insanely good. It wasn't the cheapest lunch but the vibe and service made up for it. Would highly recommend

We called in for a late morning drink and, having spied the menus, promptly placed our order. My wife had a Bacon and Cheese sandwich and me a Steak Baguette - both came with a green leaf garnish and lovely chips. All very well presented and tasted delicious.

Washed down with Breakspears bitter on a cold, snowy day - what could be better.

Very good and friendly staff - it’s a shame that (small) motor caravans can’t overnight, but perhaps one day....

Oh yes, the pub is dog friendly!

We love the Horns .. Sandra is the perfect host. Warm fires in winter and large deck in summer. Food is always great and the atmosphere very chilled.
