“Our Beach Holiday with our dog”

We had never been on a holiday with our dog before, it might have been the first but it wont be the last time, we will definitely stay at this property again, it was easy to find the house it's in a quite street and close to the shops and the beach. The house is very roomy and clean there is everything you need, you do have to bring your own sheets, towels there are doona covers all rooms were a good size, the bathroom was large with a shower and a bath and toilet, there is another toilet in the garage with the laundry, we loved the polished floor boards easy to sweep up if you bring your pet, the lounge was very big with a huge lounge suite, coffee table, dining table and a good size kitchen with everything you will need just bring your food or get it from coles just down the road. The back yard had a fenced in pool which looked very inviting but we went in May to cold for us to swim, there is plenty of seating outside and tables and a very nice garden there is also dog bowls, there is ceiling fans and a portable heater which we were surprised how warm it made the house. To get to the beach go to the end of the street turn left and first right very close, we walked and it's not far we also so took the car there is parking there, toilets, BBQ and seating, there is also a area to wash your dog down a water bowl for them and doggie bags, the beach was great it is a dog friendly beach and every dog was very well behaved we loved that there is also a river there and shallow in lots of places which is great for small dogs if they don't like the waves. We loved everything about this holiday and will be going back in the near future. Big recommendation for this holiday rental

“Perfect location, great for families”

We stayed in the palms for a week with our 3 year old twins and 13 year old daughter. The house was really well presented and clean. It is in a great location, we walked to the beach most mornings and then along the beach (the twins loved running in the warm sea water) into the main cafe strip for a coffee and a play on the park.
Also close to Australia Zoo, Underwater world, Maroochydore, Kings beach.....and more, so much to do for the whole family! Loved it so much we have decided to move interstate as soon as possible!!

“What a great place for the whole family”
Reviewed 26 May 2014 for a stay in March 2014

We were looking for a place to have a great relaxing week away and this place was certainly the right house house for us. The house is very comfortable and the owners have obviously put a lot of thought into making this a home away from home for parents, kids and our puppy. We found a cupboard full of movies, board games and books, and a great selection of restaurant and cafe menu's that were all in walking distance. The house and pool are well maintained. Being able to walk to the beach and local shops was a definite advantage.
Overall a very relaxing holiday in a quiet but convenient location.

“Fantastic home for all the family including the four legged ones”

Our family including 3 boys and 2 small dogs stayed at Palms for the September holidays. The house was a short walk to the beach and Coles was close for all of our grocery requirements. For those who do not feel like venturing far, the pool was clean and inviting. Palms has a great selection of DVDs for those rainy days and we were surprised to find many of our personal favourites. The house itself is set in a quiet cul-de-sac and was just the treat for a relaxing holiday away from the rat-race. Rebecca is incredibly easy to deal with to organise your holiday and we would recommend it to anyone.

We have stayed at the Palms Beach House at Coolum twice now. Having a young family and a dog you cannot book the typical hotel rooms. And we will never do it again when we go to the coast. This place is the home away from home but it still feels like a holiday. All the amenities you need. Fantastic child friendly pool if you decide not to hang out at the beach which is a small walk or quick drive away.

There is a local Coles a couple of blocks away for your food, not to mention restaurants and shops if you decide you don't want to cook. The surf club does amazing food, has the best view in the world and also has a kids room. Great for kids and adults with live music on the weekends. The beach and the kids park are so close. Every morning we grabbed a coffee and chilled at the kids park watching the surf.

Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. House had everything we needed and Rebecca was so easy to deal with. Seamless process. The street is a cul-de-sac so it is sooooo quiet. We have also used their other property at Mudjimba - it doesn't have a pool but is also located near a pristine beach and is a great place to take family, dogs or just to use as a getaway.
