Cute, functional and spotlessly clean little studio. Good WiFi. What it might lack in size it makes up for in big, uninterrupted sea views from it's balcony. Located directly on the seaside promenade in a quiet neighbourhood, you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves and still be only a 10 min pleasant stroll away from the harbour.
The owner Davor is very friendly and will help you in any way he can without intruding on your privacy. He is also very knowledgeable and can answer every question you may have about Herceg Novi and Montenegro, in fluent English.
This place is a gem!
P.S. Herceg Novi was a great base for the rest of the bay of Kotor, but also deserves some attention in it's own right. It is an interesting and beautiful blend of an unusually shaped old town and a seaside holiday town. A lot of steps, yes. But the award is great views all around. Before you decide on a place to stay, be aware that the stretches west and east of the harbour are quite different in character. The western side towards Igalo is lively and touristy, while the eastern side (where Studio Jelic is) is much quieter (but still with a few restaurants and mini markets) and more relaxing.

Great and clean appartment with everything you need. There's a balcony overlooking the sea where you can have breakfast in the morning. Good airconditioning. It's only a ten minute walk to the old town and ofcourse the sea and beaches are right in front of you. Lovely owners!
